Happy Thanksgiving!

Today I am most thankful for my husband, my parents, my brothers, my sister, my inlaws, my nieces and nephews, my friends, my job and my health!
There are many more, my heart is full, but what a wonderful time of year to be grateful and to thank my Heavenly Father for all of these things!!

My Birthday

It's been a while since my first and only post, but I am going to pick up this blogging habbit once and for all!
On November 6th I celebrated my 24th Birthday. Tui filled the day with lunch and shopping at the Gateway and our great friends Chelsie and Jake had us over for a special birthday dinner. Thank you Watts for such a fun night and GREAT food!! The following Sunday my family had a traditional Sunday birthday dinner for me. As we sat down to eat I looked around and realized that for the first time in over 2 years we were all seated together! To have Brandon home from serving an amazing mission in South Africa, to have Stacey home visiting from Las Vegas and to be joined with my sweet husband, the circle felt complete! This Holiday season I am most grateful for the people in that circle seated around the dinner table and all of my wonderful family and friends!

My First Blog Posting

Well, I think it's official. I have started a blog and honestly I'm still a little unsure about it, but here it goes.  Tui and I have been married now a little over 8 months and it has been a blast!  We truly have enjoyed continuing to get to know each other now as husband and wife and figuring out all those little surprises that only come after the wedding.  Yeah, you know what I'm talking about. But honestly I feel so blessed and look forward to each new day we have to spend together. Tui and I stay busy working full time and Tui is getting back to school this summer.  He is currently managing the new Kneaders bakery and cafe in Lehi and if you're an early morning riser and love breakfast you've got to stop in.  The all you can eat french toast is to die for!  I am still teaching dance in Draper and now teaching a new fitness class called Zumba.  So after you've eaten your french toast then you've gotta come to my cardio workout class where we shrink our waists while doing salsa and latin dance moves!  We currently live in Bountiful and have loved it here.  If Tui has his way we'd never leave.  But right now with both of us commuting we are definitely looking for a place  more central.  For now though, I love my morning walks up here on the hills and the view of the temple right out our front door.  We also love our ward here.  We attend the Samoan ward which has been a great experience for me.  I feel so loved and welcomed into the ward and have had a great opportunity to learn more about the culture each new week.  Well, I look forward to keeping you all updated as our little family has new experiences and grows and I will try to get the hang of having a blog. We love you all!
